STUDENT BUSINESS PROJECT - EHL
After having coordinated 2 groups in 2015, one has been again mandated by the Theodora Foundation to counsel and support a new SBP. At the end of a period of 9 weeks, the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne junior consultants have provided the Foundation with a pioneering event concept in Switzerland: A neural-gastronomic dinner
Their task consisted in creating a document including an F&B concept, a 5 senses dinner scenario, a budget, an organization plan, etc.
In 2017, Fondation Théodora will offer its partners, donors and guests a magical journey through senses in the occasion of this fundraising dinner held at Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne
